Safesport

The Marietta Jets Swim Team is committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all athletes, coaches, volunteers, and families. The safety and well-being of our swimmers are our highest priorities.

We support and uphold the principles of Safe Sport and strive to foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability both in and out of the water. Marietta Jets has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, abuse, misconduct, or any behavior that compromises the physical or emotional safety of our athletes.

All coaches and applicable team representatives are required to comply with USA Swimming Safe Sport policies, including required background checks, athlete protection training, and reporting requirements. We encourage athletes, parents, and team members to speak up if they have concerns regarding athlete safety or well-being.

Concerns may be reported to team leadership or directly through USA Swimming’s Safe Sport reporting channels. Together, we are committed to creating an environment where every swimmer can learn, grow, compete, and succeed in a culture built on safety, respect, and integrity.
